All CatMaster guides are experienced and proven Carp and Catfish anglers both in England and in Europe and have excellent people skills. They will provide excellent guiding at all times making your stay with us an enjoyable experience and ensuring you catch Catfish beyond your expectations and turning your dreams into reality.

Colin Bunn

Colin Bunn has been fishing for Catfish and Carp on the River Ebro system since 1990 with unrivalled success. His own personal catches have accounted for numerous record Catfish and he has caught over 500 Catfish over 100lb, with his personal best over 220lb (100kg) in weight which was over 8ft (2.5m) long. His knowledge of the river, wildlife and surrounding area is extensive having lived in Mequinenza for more than a decade and has fished during every month of the year, during all sorts of adverse weather conditions, from extreme heat to freezing temperatures and also during floods. He can therefore offer excellent advice through years of experience so you can catch the fish of your dreams.

He has also fished extensively across Europe for Carp and Catfish in countries such as France, Holland, Belgium, Germany as well as Spain and is a current British Carp Study Group member (BCSG). He has also fished for other more exotic species such as Arapaima, Alligator Gar, Mekong Catfish, Siamese Carp, Masheer, Goonch Catfish and many other varieties of beautiful Catfish and other fresh water fish throughout the world with great success.
